Life, Love, and Lemons [essential oils and a free printable]

For about four months now our family has been using essential oils. We use them for so many things, from cleaning to skin care to emotional support. I'm learning so much about the benefits of essential oils and using them in our daily routines. All week long, I’ve teamed up with my friend Emily of The Anderson Crew to provide y’all with some oil tips for newbies and FREE printables to go along with them.  So fun, right?

Day 1, Lemon

Up first today is Lemon.
We love how versatile Lemon oil is.  You can add a drop to your water every morning, or diffuse for a good pick-me-up.  Use it in your skin care recipes to help with acne (I use it a drop every night diluted in sunflower oil on my face and I've seen huge changes!), or diffuse to help get rid of germs. Plus, it just smells really yummy.

Lemon tip of the day:
Add to your favorite natural cleaning products to help clean and disinfect your home. I like to do 5-10 drops in my Thieves cleaner to help give a lemony fresh scent, plus I know it’s helping to disinfect!
