:P sorry you're all under the weather! we all dealt with that this past week. i never got it too bad ... but i've been holding kleenexes up to 4 noses.
make sure you put honey in your tea! or if you're drinking a flavor where honey wouldn't taste good ... just have a tablespoon of honey by itself. :) it temporarily coats the throat & feels sooooo good.
