tout de suite {toot sweet}

I hope your 4th was sweet.
Mine was...all at once.

Last week was rough, but with a little sunshine - good weather, news, food, and rest - the clouds did go away.

{Saturday the weather was gorgeous with lots of sunshine and cool breezes
plus we received amazing news about BabyG (our dear friends' baby)
whose health has miraculously improved!}

family time, and much needed rest.}

And if you need something a little sweet to make your
day/week/month/life better here is the recipe:

{Chocolate Eclair Cake}
-two boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
-3 cups of milk
-box of graham crackers
-8 oz. of Cool Whip
-tub of chocolate frosting (my Mama makes hers from scratch, but I needed a quick fix)

Make it happen:
-combine pudding mix and milk in a large bowl
-fold Cool Whip into pudding
-pour half of pudding mixture into a 9 x 13 dish
-arrange a layer of graham crackers
-spread other half of pudding mixture over crackers
-top with another layer of graham crackers
-in a glass measuring cup melt 3/4 of the chocolate frosting 
in microwave (about 45 seconds)
-pour frosting over top layer of crackers and smooth with a spatula
-refrigerate for 3-4 hours
-enjoy, enjoy, enjoy
