It's pretty crazy around here.
After I had Mr.C I wondered about why you need help from friends and family - the baby just sleeps, you can still cook, clean, etc.
Then at 6 weeks I discovered I needed backup - the baby "wakes up", cries like crazy, decides to only sleep in 15 increments.
When I said a lot of this and a little of that, well scratch that.
I may never finish a painting.
C.R.A.Z.Y. I'm just sayin...

LOL. you never know what you're in for :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. I think I have sewn maybe 10 stitches since Ben was born. We're going to visit my mother next week and I hope I can take advantage of "Grandma time" to get something done.
ReplyDeleteawww...i know you are doing a wonderful job Linz!! just repeat after me "im gonna miss this. im gonna miss this. im gonna miss this" LOL that always seems to help me thru!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love this. They look so innocent and then, they remind you how very busy they can be! Sounds like you are doing a great job and really, so what if you get a few early grays - those kiddos are adorable!!!

:)gina
Being a mother of two, I empathize completely. But those cute little faces...deliciously crazy. :)
ReplyDeleteoh girl. hang in there. 1st of all ... the 1st photo says it all. you have TWO BABIES! and i've heard / said it before that having 2 that close in way crazier than twins. so just know THAT, too. :) embrace the craziness & tell yourself it's okay that it's not a CAKE WALK! :)
ReplyDeleteside note: libby was one of those who wouldn't nap, so i wore her around the house in a sling - she would nap within 10 seconds of me putting her in it! and you're HANDS FREE - i'll have to dig up an old pic of me painting with her in the sling. :) not that i'm telling you to paint. i'm just giving you an idea for babies who have trouble napping!!! ;)
HANG IN THERE & celebrate small victories! :)
