$10 prints, oh yeah!

I am busy drawing up new things, and I decided it's time to retire a few prints.
What does that mean?
It just means for now these prints are going to be sold at a big discounted price and will no longer be available in the shop.
They might come back, they might not. For now we just need to make room for the new, fun prints I have in progress.
Check them out here.

summer lovin'

This is what summer looks like around these parts.
-Tomatoes from the garden - none of use eat raw ones so they have all been frozen and are ready for chili in the winter.
-My first fall. I am super clumsy so I don't know how it took me this long to not have a running accident. Somehow I rolled my ankle and busted up my knee pretty badly. No worries, a week of rest and I was back at it, hopefully a little more carefully.
-Our garden grew and we had a nice little harvest.
-Lunch break and designing my new logo.
-Needles and thread.
-Playground shenanigans.
-Learning lessons to not leave pens out and sketches unattended. Charlie decided he needed to help me draw.
-A free printable and fun project with Sew Caroline.
-Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
-A mini hike to Amicalola Falls.
-Color on the go.
-New pens from Mr.Wonderful and pretty things from Happy Days and Bits of Splendor.
-My Julep collection, some of which will soon be available in the shop.
-Art time with the boys.
-Postal Pix collage and the boys artwork in my newly painted kitchen.
-Having fun with my new pens.
-The new kitchen series.
-My first unbroken run! 20 minutes straight of running in my C25k.
-Pretty dinner preparations.
-Filling orders with full hands and a happy heart (oh and my fancy necklace from Mandipidy).

As you can see we've been busy. I thought we might have to find something to fill the days with Daddy being home for summer break, but it feels like we don't slow down. It's fun though.

How's your summer going? Any exciting adventures?

What's Cookin'?

I have been wanting to make a kitchen series for a long time.

I took the idea from the little "bake" paintings I made last year and came up with a set of four prints.

There are 13 different color choices!
AND I now have a section where you can save a little bit of money if you buy multiple prints. Check it out here.

We just repainted our kitchen and I can't wait to get these on our walls!

Oh and you can find a discount code posted on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.

happy changes part 2

When I made the change from Paint Me a Picture three months ago I was excited.
So excited I didn't take the time to really create a logo. I drew a few things I was okay with, picked one that worked, and went along with my biz-nass. Finally after drawing more, trying to discover my style I have come up with something I love. It's bold and funky and I feel like it suits me and the art I create.

There is a new header and buttons here on the blog,
the shop has a new header too.
AND I have added a little FAQs section.
Happy changes y'all, happy, happy changes.

FREE printable - Faith, Hope, & Love

I was looking through my sketchbook the other day. I really liked the pattern I created for this mug love print, so I decided to draw it as a background.

From that sketch I created these:

"As it is, these remain: faith, hope and love, the

three of them; and the greatest of them is love."

1 Corinthians 13:13

You can download and print the blue one here and the yellow one here
Hope you enjoy!

♥ Be sweet & remember this is a free printable for personal use only.
